Give people a meaningful choice.
Design a digital reward around the occasion, the recipient and a clear redemption experience.
Define the moment you want to recognise
Employee milestones, customer loyalty and channel incentives have different audiences. Start with the intended outcome and an appropriate reward budget, then decide which products and markets belong in the programme.
- Identify the recipients and their redemption markets.
- Select an eligible catalogue suited to the audience.
- Define balances, programme dates and your success measures.
Make the recipient journey clear
HKS Reward Links let recipients choose eligible digital products from their assigned balance. Recipient email addresses and balances can be prepared by CSV. Define expiry and access requirements before sending.
- Confirm email delivery and recipient access, including OTP where supported.
- Explain the link expiry and any product-specific restrictions.
- Partial orders can use the same link on different days before expiry.
Plan for questions before launch
Recipients need to know where to get help with access, a product selection or an activation code. Agree the support and reporting responsibilities with HKS, including how exceptions are handled.
- Check the recipient communication and redemption instructions.
- Agree balance, expiry and refund handling for your programme.
- Test the chosen journey with your programme team before launch.
